Great Donuts and service. Great location. Great choices of donuts. Nice staff. Good hours. Prompt and fast service. They make tasty breakfast and lunch sandwiches as well. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to please customers. If you love great fresh donuts, come try this small Family owned non-franchise donut shop. You wont regret it!

I've always passed by this place but never got around to trying it but boy am I glad I did! They have so many selections to choose from including sandwiches and drinks. They have cake donuts and noncake ones. They are not too sweet and the donut itself is super soft fluffy, chewy and fresh. The service is excellent, they even offered me a sample when I couldn't decide on the flavors and threw in a few donut holes. I highly recommend coming here!

Happen to be driving by and a donut sounded great. Walked in and staff immediately greeted me (you don't have that happen too often anymore). Very sweet staff and the donut was great. She even threw an extra one in. My new favorite donut shop. Other store employees should go in the there and see what customer service looks like.

The nicest staff, great donuts, and all at a great price. These guys are at the heart of the Campbell/Cambrian Park Neighborhood and deserve all the love the get.

Pros: - Very friendly staff. They always give my kids a free donut hole and sometimes free donuts when we visit and my kids are ecstatic. I don't think I can go to any other donut shop after that (customer for life!) - The donut, drinks, and bakery selections are great! Not too greasy and no waxy taste - Plenty of seating there if you decide to eat there Cons: - Parking lot could be a bit difficult as it does get full - The interior could use a remodel. The environment feels a bit outdated and a new coat of paint could go a long way - Not sure if they have a restroom there, so have to make sure to check with kids Overall - This is my GO TO donut shop and wish them continuous business + highly recommend it to all!

This is the best donut shop in the San Jose area. The croissants are soft. The coffee is good. The donuts are good. And although the donut shop itself needs some work, the service trumps everything. The ladies are so welcoming and actually speak with you and offer assistance and help. They are attentive - "Can I get you note sauce?" "Do you want me to pull up the shades for you?" There is a reason why this small shop has been here for so long. I hope this shop stays alive and continues to thrive here.

These donuts are great because they don't leave a weird after taste (like Krispy Kreme) after eating them. The lady gave us so many extras today she didn't have to. The place is old; sign missing letters, you can smell the cleaning products... but it's big in authenticity and sincerity.

I am not a big fan of donuts and honestly don't eat many of them. However, I do have some cravings for them from time to time and my #1 place is Bascom Donuts at 3966 S Bascom Ave, San Jose, CA 95124. I have been coming here for years,. Family run and operated they consistently have fresh donuts throughout the day. It looks like it's always been a donut shop and has a nice seating area. The ambience provides a clean, well maintained store. Parking is limited and sometimes a bit crowded. They have anything you possibly could want and the selection is incredible. They have the best French Crulla I have ever tasted! Soft, flavorful and great icing on them. The Apple Fritters, other items are fabulous. Always fresh coffee and cold milk for us donuteers! The service is always friendly and the people operating the store really care about the customer experience. Always a hello when you arrive and a thank you when you leave. A great donut place I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I love supporting this donut shop -- been coming here for years and it's always been the same. Today I came and ordered about 7 things but was given 5 extra items. Yay! I paid $17 for a full box of donuts, croissants, and fritters. Maybe it was because I walked in later in the day on a Tuesday and they still had inventory, or maybe it was because it's family-owned and they take delight in serving the community. Either way, they have all kinds of donuts and I'm never disappointed! The aesthetic makes you feel like you walked into a frozen point of time. In an area that is constantly changing and being renovated, I honestly love the nostalgia. Support small, Asian-owned businesses in your neighborhood. You might get some extra treats for doing so! ;)
